Common use of Obtain Authorization from the Administrator Clause in Contracts

Obtain Authorization from the Administrator. Once You have taken Your Vehicle to the Authorized Repair Facility, give them Your Contract Number. The Authorized Repair Facility must then contact Us at (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ and obtain authorization to proceed with the claim. Any claim for repairs without prior authorization from Us may be denied, with the exception of Emergency Repairs as defined in this section of the Contract. The amount authorized by Us will be the maximum amount that will be paid for repairs covered under the terms of this Contract. Any additional amount must obtain additional approval from Us by contacting the same number as stated above.
