Common use of Obtaining of Governmental Approvals Clause in Contracts

Obtaining of Governmental Approvals. The Corporation will from time to time take all action which may be necessary to obtain and keep effective any and all permits, consents and approvals of governmental agencies and authorities and securities acts filings under United States Federal and State laws (including, without limitation, to the extent required, the maintenance of the effectiveness of a registration statement in respect of the Stock under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended), which may be or become required in connection with exercise of the Warrant Certificates and the original issuance and delivery of the Stock.

Obtaining of Governmental Approvals. The Corporation will from time to time take all action which may be necessary to obtain and keep effective any and all permits, consents and approvals of governmental agencies and authorities and securities acts filings under United States Federal and State laws (including, without limitation, to the extent required, the maintenance of the effectiveness of a registration statement in respect of the Stock Warrant Debt Securities under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended), which may be or become required in connection with the exercise of the Warrant Certificates and the original issuance and delivery of the StockWarrant Debt Securities.
