Obtaining Service. To obtain Service, contact Lenovo or a Lenovo-authorized service provider (each a “Service Provider”). You must follow the problem determination and resolution procedures specified by the Service Provider. The Service Provider may attempt to diagnose and resolve your problem by telephone, e-mail or remote assistance.
