Common use of Obvious errors Clause in Contracts

Obvious errors. Obvious errors in the offer do not bind the Organizer. This concerns the offer of a price, the content of the service offered or other information which, in view of all the circumstances, the Traveller could not reasonably assume that the Organizer intended to explain. If there is reason to doubt the correctness of the price or information, the Traveller should enquire.
