Occupancy Date. Occupancy Date means the date on which Resident is entitled to all services described herein and on which Resident is responsible for all fees. Prior to the Occupancy Date, Resident must meet all admissions requirements, including updated health and financial information. Entrance Fee payment must be completed by this date.
