Common use of Occupancy Schedule Clause in Contracts

Occupancy Schedule. The Construction Manager shall jointly develop with the Architect-Engineer and Owner a detailed plan, inclusive of punch lists pursuant to Section 255.077, Florida Statutes, final inspections, maintenance training and turn-over procedures, to be used for ensuring accomplishment of a smooth and phased transition from construction to Owner occupancy. The Occupancy Schedule shall be produced and updated monthly from its inception through final Owner occupancy.
