Occupancy Schedule. The Construction Manager shall jointly develop with the Architect-Engineer and Town a detailed plan, inclusive of punch lists, final inspections, maintenance training and turn-over procedures, to be used for ensuring accomplishment of a smooth and phased transition from construction to Town occupancy. The Occupancy Schedule shall be produced and updated monthly from its inception through final Town occupancy.

Occupancy Schedule.
