Occupation of Land Clause Samples

The Occupation of Land clause defines the terms under which a party is permitted to enter, use, or take possession of a specified property. Typically, it outlines when occupation may begin, any conditions that must be met beforehand (such as payment or completion of works), and the responsibilities of the occupying party during their use of the land, such as maintenance or insurance obligations. This clause ensures both parties understand their rights and duties regarding the physical use of the property, thereby preventing disputes over unauthorized access or misuse.
