Occupied Buildings Sample Clauses

The 'Occupied Buildings' clause defines the rules and requirements related to buildings that are currently in use or inhabited during a project or contractual activity. It typically outlines safety measures, access restrictions, and coordination procedures to minimize disruption to occupants and ensure their safety. For example, it may require contractors to schedule noisy work outside of business hours or to provide advance notice before entering certain areas. The core function of this clause is to protect the interests and safety of building occupants while allowing necessary work to proceed, thereby reducing potential conflicts and liabilities.
