Occurring at the Project Site. Allowance(s). Amount(s) indicated in the Agreement as part of the Direct Cost of the Work for specific scopes of work for which the CMR may bill its time and materials. As a component of the Direct Cost of the Work, Allowance(s) amounts already include all Subcontractor bond costs or CMR-provided subcontractor default insurance protection in lieu of Subcontractor bonds (e.g., SubGuard), all Bonds and Insurance premium charges and all other mark-up(s). Unused portions of Allowances shall be retained by the Judicial Council at Completion.
