Common use of OCS Undertaking Clause in Contracts

OCS Undertaking. The Purchaser hereby agrees to execute an undertaking to the Israeli Office of the Chief Scientist in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 2.2(iv) if such Purchaser shall hold 5% or more of the issued and outstanding Ordinary Shares.

OCS Undertaking. The Each Purchaser hereby agrees to execute an undertaking to the Israeli Office of the Chief Scientist in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 2.2(iv) required by the Israeli Office of the Chief Scientist if such Purchaser shall hold 5% or more of the issued and outstanding Ordinary Shares.

OCS Undertaking. The Each Purchaser hereby agrees to execute an undertaking to the Israeli Office of the Chief Scientist in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 2.2(iv) if such Purchaser shall hold 5% or more of the issued and outstanding Ordinary Sharesshares of Common Stock.
