ODFW. (1) Payment for overtime shall be no later than one (1) month following the pay period in which the overtime is worked. (A) All FLSA non-exempt employees shall receive compensatory time off for authorized overtime worked. If, however, the employee wishes to receive cash in lieu of compensatory time off, he/she may opt to receive cash. Subject to the restriction listed in Subsection (B) of this Section, an employee’s request for cash or compensatory time off will remain in effect until the employee elects a change. The employee may not elect such a change more than once per month. (B) All employees will have the option of maintaining a maximum balance of one-hundred twenty (120) hours of accrued compensatory time off by June 30 of each calendar year. Taking compensatory time off shall be subject to prior approval of the employee’s immediate supervisor.
