ODFW. (a) Employees assigned to a fixed, year-round regular or alternate work schedule, as defined in Article 90 of this Agreement, shall be eligible for overtime pay pursuant to Article 32, Section 2 and Section 4 of the Agreement. (b) Notwithstanding, Article 32, Section 2 and Section 4 of this Agreement, overtime shall be defined for employees on a flexible work schedule as being time worked in excess of forty (40) hours in a workweek.
