Common use of OF DIRECTORS Clause in Contracts

OF DIRECTORS. For the fiscal years ending June 30, 1997, 1998 and 1999 the earnings targets and allocated amounts shall be as set forth on SCHEDULE B, attached hereto. The Executive and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ shall determine, in their sole discretion, the distribution of the Tier I Pool funds allocated to All Access Operating. It is acknowledged and understood that the Executive and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ shall have the discretion to allocate some or all of said funds to themselves.
