So long as the Applicable Certificates are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and the rules of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange shall so require, the Trustee shall promptly furnish to the Luxembourg Listing Agent following receipt thereof from the Company (i) copies of the Operative Agreements (as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement), the Deposit Agreements and the Escrow Agreements and (ii) copies of the information received by the Trustee from the Company pursuant to Section 8.04 of the Basic Agreement.
