Of the Concessioning Authority Clause Samples

The "Of the Concessioning Authority" clause defines the rights, responsibilities, and powers of the entity granting a concession, typically a government or public authority. It outlines the scope of the authority’s role, such as overseeing project implementation, monitoring compliance, and providing necessary approvals or support to the concessionaire. This clause ensures clarity regarding the authority’s involvement and helps prevent disputes by delineating the boundaries of its obligations and powers in the concession arrangement.
