Common use of Of the Operator Clause in Contracts

Of the Operator. (a) The Operator shall make available to the Resident the Room and provide the Utilities and Services and, where applicable, the Additional Services in the way, during the time and under the conditions agreed in this Agreement. (b) The Operator must have the necessary infrastructure for regularly receiving parcel and courier services.
