Off Net Special Build Sample Clauses

The Off Net Special Build clause defines the terms and conditions under which a service provider will construct new network infrastructure to reach locations not currently served by its existing network. Typically, this clause outlines the process for assessing feasibility, estimating costs, and obtaining customer approval before any construction begins. For example, if a customer requests service at a remote site, the provider may require a special build agreement to cover the additional expenses. The core function of this clause is to allocate responsibility and costs for network expansion, ensuring both parties understand the requirements and financial implications of extending service to off-network locations.
