OFF PROCEDURE. If the Contracting Authority and/or any Other Contracting Party decides to source any of the Deliverables through this Framework Agreement, then it shall be entitled at any time in its absolute and sole discretion during the Framework Period to run Mini-Competitions and award Call-Off Contracts for the supply of Deliverables from the Service Provider in accordance with Schedule 2.
