Common use of OFF RAMP Clause in Contracts

OFF RAMP. Conditions that may trigger an off-ramp event include, but are not limited to: 1. A Contractor is rated with less than satisfactory performance as documented in the Contract Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS)/Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS). 2. A Contractor is placed on Debarment, Suspension, or Ineligibility as defined in FAR Subpart 9.4. 3. A Contractor is experiencing excessive vacancies or is not maintaining the staffing requirements of an individual Order SOW.
