Off-Site Improvements. Off-site improvements are limited to those described in the scope of work, practically limited to replacement of curb, gutter and sidewalk without changing ▇▇▇▇ Street/Parking Lot flowline/drainage pattern. If additional off-site improvements are subsequently required during the permitting process, we will notify you of the change in scope and provide an additional service request to cover the new scope.
