Off Time Sample Clauses

The "Off Time" clause defines periods during which certain obligations, services, or operations are temporarily suspended or not required. Typically, this clause specifies scheduled breaks, maintenance windows, holidays, or other designated times when normal contractual duties do not apply. For example, a service provider may not be obligated to provide support during national holidays or outside of standard business hours. The core function of this clause is to clearly delineate when parties are not expected to perform, thereby preventing misunderstandings and disputes regarding availability or service expectations.
