Common use of Offer Validity Clause in Contracts

Offer Validity. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any quote or offer issued by EVBox is valid for a period of 30 days from its date of issue. Partner’s purchase orders will only be considered accepted by EVBox after the issue of an Order Confirmation. A legally binding agreement will only come into existence upon the issue of the Order Confirmation.
