Offer Validity. Period By submitting an Offer, you agree to hold it open for the validity period specified in the Solicitation Summary. If no validity period is specified therein, then you shall hold your Offer open for 180 (one hundred eighty) days. The specified or default validity period (whichever applies) re-starts upon submission of each Revised Offer or a Best and Final Offer.
