Offering Casual Hours to Regularly Scheduled Employees on Layoff. Regularly scheduled employees who are on layoff shall be offered such casual hours as may be required in the on-going operation of the Department or Program subject to the employee's availability and willingness to work these hours. It is understood that an employee who is offered such hours shall maintain her position on the layoff list and acceptance of additional hours shall not constitute a recall from layoff.
