Common use of Office and Support Staff Clause in Contracts

Office and Support Staff. During the Employment Period, the Employee shall be entitled to an office or offices of a size and with furnishings and other appointments, and to secretarial and other assistance, at least equal to the most favorable of the foregoing provided to the Employee by the Company and its subsidiaries at any time during the 90-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Employee, as provided at any time thereafter with respect to other key employees of the Company and its subsidiaries.

Office and Support Staff. During the Employment Period, the Employee shall be entitled to an office or offices of a size and with furnishings and other appointments, and to exclusive personal secretarial and other assistance, at least equal to the most favorable of the foregoing provided to the Employee by the Company Employer and its subsidiaries affiliated companies at any time during the 90120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Employee, as provided generally at any time thereafter with respect to other key employees peer executives of the Company Employer and its subsidiariesaffiliated companies.
