Office Automation. IBMGS-US will provide support of the Standard Desktop Software for End Users in accordance with Schedule E and Schedule J. Such support shall consist of (a) desktop support for End Users at the following Eckerd Service Locations in Largo, Florida: (i) Bryan Dairy Road, (ii) Starkey Road, and (iii) Martin Marietta ((▇), (ii) and (iii) ▇▇▇ "▇orporate Campus"); ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇blem determination assistance, problem resolution, and deskside assistance as required; and (b) remote support for mobile remote End Users which consists of problem determination assistance, problem resolution, and depot services ((a) and (b) the "OA Services"). IBMGS-US will provide OA Services for the configurations of equipment as set forth in Schedule K (the "Standard Desktop Configurations"). Any changes to the number or complexity of the Standard Desktop Configurations must be agreed to by the Parties. OA Services will be available from 7 A.M. to 7 P.M., Monday through Friday, and 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M., Saturday. OA Services will not be available on Sundays or Eckerd holidays except as otherwise agreed to by the Parties. Deskside assistance is available only for the Corporate Campus. Eckerd shall be financially responsible for all parts required to effect repairs, support for office automation software which is not Standard Desktop Software, and any IBMGS-US travel in support of mobile remote End Users. IBMGS-US travel in support of mobile remote End Users will be in accordance with Eckerd expense guidelines or be previously approved by Eckerd and shall be invoiced to Eckerd monthly.

Office Automation. 1121 This is the service for provisioning certain office automation components. 3 ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/ 1122 6.1.3.1 Email and calendaring service 1123 ECHA currently has an on-premise installation of Microsoft Exchange managed by the 1124 Incumbent. Office Automation. FPMU is a research-based unit. Different types of research/analytical works have to be done regularly. This unit also needs to maintain close contact with different working partners both locally and internationally. FPMU/DGF office will be equipped with sufficient Internet connections, high profile computers/laptops, analytical software, cell-phones, fax machines etc. for improving MIS, communications and research. Budget cost and equipment procurement will be closely coordinated with the NFPCSP, which provides for the refurbishment of the FPMU premises and the procurement of equipment to that effect.

  • OFFICE OF THE COMPANY As long as any of the Warrants remain outstanding, the Company shall maintain an office or agency (which may be the principal executive offices of the Company) where the Warrants may be presented for exercise, registration of transfer, division or combination as provided in this Warrant.

  • Office and Support Staff During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to an office or offices of a size and with furnishings and other appointments, and to exclusive personal secretarial and other assistance, at least equal to the most favorable of the foregoing provided to the Executive by the Company and its affiliated companies at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as provided generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.

  • Legal Services If this Agreement is for legal services, this section is applicable. Contractor shall: (i) adhere to legal cost and billing guidelines designated by the JBE; (ii) adhere to litigation plans designated by the JBE, if applicable; (iii) adhere to case phasing of activities designated by the JBE, if applicable; (iv) submit and adhere to legal budgets as designated by the JBE; (v) maintain legal malpractice insurance in an amount not less than the amount designated by the JBE; and (vi) submit to legal bill audits and law firm audits if so requested by the JBE, whether conducted by employees or designees of the JBE or by any legal cost-control provider retained by the JBE for that purpose. Contractor may be required to submit to a legal cost and utilization review as determined by the JBE. If (a) the Contract Amount is greater than $50,000, (b) the legal services are not the legal representation of low- or middle-income persons, in either civil, criminal, or administrative matters, and (c) the legal services are to be performed within California, then Contractor agrees to make a good faith effort to provide a minimum number of hours of pro ▇▇▇▇ legal services, or an equivalent amount of financial contributions to qualified legal services projects and support centers, as defined in section 6213 of the Business and Professions Code, during each year of the Agreement equal to the lesser of either (A) thirty (30) multiplied by the number of full time attorneys in the firm’s offices in California, with the number of hours prorated on an actual day basis for any period of less than a full year or (B) the number of hours equal to ten percent (10%) of the Contract Amount divided by the average billing rate of the firm. Failure to make a good faith effort may be cause for nonrenewal of this Agreement or another judicial branch or other state contract for legal services, and may be taken into account when determining the award of future contracts with a Judicial Branch Entity for legal services.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.
