Office Locations; Fictitious Names. The mailing address, chief place of business, chief executive office and office where Debtor keeps its books and records relating to the Accounts, Documents, General Intangibles, Instruments and Investment Property is located at the place specified on Schedule I. Debtor has no place of business except those separately set forth on Schedule I. Debtor does not do business and has not done business during the past five years under any trade name or fictitious business name.
