Common use of Office of Executive Clause in Contracts

Office of Executive. The office of Executive shall be located at the Bank's office in Hartsville, South Carolina, or at such other location within the State of South Carolina as the Bank may from time to time designate; provided, however, that, in the event such relocation is to an office more than thirty-five (35) miles from Hartsville, South Carolina, and Executive elects to move his principal residence, the Bank shall reimburse Executive for all his reasonable moving expenses.
