If, during the past three years, the Subrecipient has been accused of any such discrimination, the Subrecipient shall provide a list of all such proceedings, pending or completed, including outcome and copies of settlement agreements to the City, the Grantor/CalEMA, and the United States Department of Justice Office of Civil Rights. Subrecipient will comply with the requirements of Executive Order 13166 (Improving Access to Services for Persons with Limited English Proficiency). Subrecipient shall take reasonable steps to ensure that persons with limited English proficiency (LEP) have meaningful access to its programs. Meaningful access may entail providing language assistance services, including oral and written translation, where necessary.
