Common use of Office of the Paying Agent Clause in Contracts

Office of the Paying Agent. The Paying Agent, and any successor Paying Agent, shall designate each place or places where it will conduct the functions of transfer, registration, exchange, payment, and surrender of the Bonds. If no office is so designated for a particular purpose, such functions shall be conducted at the office of U.S. Bank National Association, in St. ▇▇▇▇, Minnesota, or the principal corporate trust office of any successor Paying Agent.
