State Auditor In accordance with Government Code Section 8546.7, the Consultant may be subject to audit by the California State Auditor with regard to the Consultant’s performance of this Agreement if the compensation under this Agreement exceeds $10,000.
STATE AUDIT 2 Pursuant to Government Code Section 8546.7, CITY and COUNTY shall be 3 subject to examination and audit by the State Auditor for a period of three (3) 4 years after final payment by CITY to COUNTY under this Agreement. CITY 5 and COUNTY shall retain all records relating to the performance of this 6 Agreement for said three-year period, except that those records pertaining to 7 any audit then in progress, or to any claims or litigation, shall be retained 8 beyond said three-year period, until final resolution of said audit, claim or
State Audits Under Minnesota Statute § 16C.05, subdivision 5, the Contractor’s books, records, documents, and accounting procedures and practices relevant to any Work Authorization are subject to examination by the State and/or the State Auditor or Legislative Auditor, as appropriate, for a minimum of six years from the end of this Professional and Technical Services Master Contract.
State Auditor’s Office PROVIDER understands that acceptance of funds under this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the authority of the Texas State Auditor's Office, or any successor agency (collectively, “Auditor”), to conduct an audit or investigation in connection with those funds pursuant to Section 51.9335(c), Texas Education Code. PROVIDER agrees to cooperate with the Auditor in the conduct of the audit or investigation, including without limitation, providing all records requested. PROVIDER will include this provision in all contracts with permitted subcontractors.
