Office Records. 01 The Sick Leave ledger to be kept by the Manager of Employee Relations, and referred to in Article 18 may be examined by an E.A., as it concerns the E.A.=s own account, once a year during the month of September. A statement shall be sent out during the month of October of each year by the Manager of Employee Relations to all E.A.s showing absences during the previous year, and the balance, if any, to the credit of the E.A., in the Cumulative Sick Leave Bank.
