Common use of Officers of Surviving Entity Clause in Contracts

Officers of Surviving Entity. The officers of the Surviving Entity immediately after the Effective Time shall be as set forth in the Amended and Restated LLC Agreement, each to hold office in accordance with the provisions of the Act and the Amended and Restated LLC Agreement.
