Common use of Officers of the Surviving Entity Clause in Contracts

Officers of the Surviving Entity. From and after the Merger -------------------------------- Effective Time, the officers of Rooster Acquisition Corp. shall be the officers of the Surviving Entity, and such officers shall serve until their successors have been duly elected or appointed (in the case of officers) and qualified, or until their death, resignation or removal from office in accordance with the Surviving Entity's organizational documents.
