Offices for Exercise, etc. So long as any of the Warrants remain outstanding, the Company will designate and maintain in the City of Pittsburgh: (a) an office or agency where the Warrant Certificates may be presented for exercise, (b) an office or agency where the Warrant Certificates may be presented for registration of transfer and for exchange (including the exchange of temporary Warrant Certificates for definitive Warrant Certificates pursuant to Section 1.05 hereof), and (c) an office or agency where notices and demands to or upon the Company in respect of the Warrants or of this Agreement may be served. The Company may from time to time change or rescind such designation, as it may deem desirable or expedient; PROVIDED, however, that an office or agency shall at all times be maintained in the The City of Pittsburgh, as provided in the first sentence of this Section.
