Offices for Notices and Payments, etc. So long as any of the Notes are outstanding, the Company will maintain in each Place of Payment, an office or agency where the Notes may be presented for payment, an office or agency where the Notes may be presented for registration of transfer and for exchange as provided in this Indenture, and an office or agency where notices and demands to or upon the Company in respect of the Notes or of this Indenture may be served. In case the Company shall at any time fail to maintain any such office or agency, or shall fail to give notice to the Trustee of any change in the location thereof, presentation may be made and notice and demand may be served in respect of the Notes or of this Indenture at the Corporate Trust Office. The Company hereby initially designates the Corporate Trust Office for each such purpose.
