Offices for Payment. U.S. Bank Europe DAC, UK Branch will initially act as the Paying Agent and Authenticating Agent for the Notes and U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association will initially act as the Security Registrar for the Notes, including in each case for the purposes of Section 3.2 of the Original Indenture. The Notes may be presented for payment at the Paying Agent Office of the Paying Agent or at any other agency as may be appointed from time to time by the Issuer, subject to Section 2.08 hereof.
