OFFICES, LOCATION OF COLLATERAL. (a) The chief executive office or chief place of business (as such term is used in Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in the State of Delaware from time to time) of the Borrower is located at Plum Point Energy Associates, LLC, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ or at such other address as may be designated by the Borrower pursuant to Section 6.19. (b) All of the Collateral (other than the Project Accounts, the Equity Interests in the Borrower delivered to the Collateral Agent and general intangibles), including all property covered by the Mortgages, is located on the Site and/or the Easements or at the address set forth in Section 3.22(a).
