Common use of Official Acts by Successor Entity Clause in Contracts

Official Acts by Successor Entity. Any act or proceeding by any provision of this Agreement authorized or required to be done or performed by any board, committee or partner of the Partnership shall and may be done and performed with like force and effect by the like board, committee, partner or officer of any entity that shall at the time be the lawful sole successor of the Partnership.
