Offline Submissions Clause Samples

The "Offline Submissions" clause defines the procedures and requirements for submitting documents, forms, or other materials through non-digital means, such as by mail, courier, or in-person delivery. It typically outlines acceptable offline submission methods, deadlines, and any specific formatting or labeling instructions that must be followed. This clause ensures that parties who cannot or choose not to use electronic submission channels have a clear, standardized process for delivering required materials, thereby reducing confusion and ensuring all submissions are properly received and processed.
