OFFSET CREDIT/COOPERATION. This Order has been entered into in direct support of BUYER's international offset programs. All offset benefit credits resulting from this Order are the sole property of BUYER to be applied to the offset program of its choice. SELLER shall assist BUYER in securing appropriate offset credits from the respective country government authorities.
