OFFSET CREDITS. 57.1 Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement are placed with the expectation of current and/or anticipated future offset and localization obligations of Company or Ordering Companies or their designated assignees to the government of the country in which the end customer resides and that requires the provision of offset and localization. Supplier agrees to provide reasonable assistance to Company or Ordering Companies or their designated assignees in any reasonable efforts to secure offset credit from the government of the country in which the end customer resides in an amount equal to the value of the Orders placed under this Agreement.
