Common use of Offset Rights Clause in Contracts

Offset Rights. Upon any early termination or expiration of this Agreement, you agree that the Company has the right to offset against any amounts or credits that the Company may owe you (a) Services charges for thirty (30) days and (b) any other additional charges, amounts or deposits that you may owe to Company. If the amount of the offset equals or exceeds the amount the Company owes you, you agree that the Company will not be obligated to refund any amounts to you and you waive any right to receive this refund amount.
