Common use of Offsite Improvements Clause in Contracts

Offsite Improvements. To the extent applicable, Borrower shall promptly commence and diligently complete all offsite improvements of the public streets, walks, sewers, utilities and like areas and facilities adjoining the Property, and provide utilities and other facilities, in accordance with the requirements of all Governmental Agencies.
