Common use of Offsite Improvements Clause in Contracts

Offsite Improvements. In connection with any Construction, Lessee may install offsite improvements it deems necessary or which may be required by Governmental Authorities, including, without limitation, curbs, gutters, sidewalks and driveway approaches. Lessee may further install or cause to be installed all necessary utility lines and facilities.
