Omitted Test Criteria. To the extent that any Deliverable is subject to testing as provided in this section, but specific testing criteria are omitted from or not developed pursuant to this Agreement, Sprint’s testing criteria will be that the tested items meet the requirements of this Amendment or Statement of Work to Sprint’s reasonable satisfaction.
Omitted Test Criteria. To the extent that any item is subject to testing as provided in this Section 2.5, but specific testing criteria are omitted from or not developed pursuant to the applicable new Service Roll-Out Plan or Nextel Business Requirements Document, Nextel’s testing criteria shall be that the tested items meet the requirements of this Agreement to Nextel’s reasonable satisfaction.
Omitted Test Criteria. Unless otherwise specifically provided in the Acceptance Test Procedures, the test for each Software Component shall include testing to the Commonwealth’s reasonable satisfaction in each of the following regards: (a) unit testing (i.e., individual testing of each field, screen, screen-related action, and module or program); (b) system testing (i.e., testing of the Deliverable or System as a whole and its integration with the Commonwealth Software and other Systems of the Commonwealth); and (c) volume/stress testing (i.e., testing of the Deliverable or System under peak conditions to measure response time and system reaction to load).

  • Acceptance Criteria The Services and Deliverables must meet the following acceptance criteria or the JBE may reject the applicable Services or Deliverables. The JBE may use the attached Acceptance and Signoff Form to notify Contractor of the acceptance or rejection of the Services and Deliverables. Contractor will not be paid for any rejected Services or Deliverables.

  • Selection Criteria Each Contract is secured by a new or used Motorcycle. No Contract has a Contract Rate less than 1.00%. Each Contract amortizes the amount financed over an original term no greater than 84 months (excluding periods of deferral of first payment).   • Award criteria 40.1 The Procuring Entity shall award the Contract to the successful tenderer whose tender has been determined to be the Lowest Evaluated Tender in accordance with procedures in Section 3: Evaluation and Qualification Criteria.
