Common use of Omnibus Signature Page Clause in Contracts

Omnibus Signature Page. This Agreement is intended to be read and construed in conjunction with the Subscription Agreement. Accordingly, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Subscription Agreement, it is hereby agreed that the execution by the Purchaser of the Omnibus Signature Page to Subscription Agreement and Registration Rights Agreement (attached as Exhibit F to the Subscription Package), in the place set forth therein, shall constitute agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions hereof and the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Subscription Agreement, with the same effect as if each of such separate but related agreements were separately signed. The Company shall separately sign both this Agreement and the Subscription Agreement.

Accordingly, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Subscription Agreement and the Subscription Registration Rights Agreement, it is hereby agreed that the execution by the Purchaser of the Omnibus Signature Page to Subscription Agreement and Registration Rights Agreement (attached as Exhibit F to the Subscription Package), in the place set forth therein, shall constitute agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions hereof and the terms and conditions of this Subscription Agreement and the Subscription Registration Rights Agreement, with the same effect as if each of such separate but related agreements were separately signed.
