Common use of On-Demand Hourly Professional Services Option Clause in Contracts

On-Demand Hourly Professional Services Option. Rhapsody’s On-Demand Hourly Professional Services option provides Customer with the ability to receive assistance or consulting support on an ad hoc basis. On-Demand Hourly Professional Services are performed on a time-and-materials basis at Rhapsody’s current rates (or as otherwise set forth in this Agreement) and are deemed accepted upon delivery. The charges for On-Demand Hourly Professional Services are calculated by multiplying actual hours by the rate per hour (plus expenses, if applicable).
