On Election Day Sample Clauses

On Election Day the employee has fully executed their responsibilities as a Poll Worker and reported to their assigned polling place at the designated time, performing all the duties appointed by the County elections official and as required by applicable state and federal elections’ laws, and remained on duty until the poll was properly closed and secured and until released by the County elections official.
On Election Day full-time Employees and on-duty shift Employees are allowed a maximum of two (2) hours in which to vote. However, personnel are encouraged to vote prior to reporting to work.

  • Election Day Employees shall be granted two (2) hours to vote on any election day only if, due to scheduling of work, they would not otherwise be able to vote.

  • ELECTION DAYS No wages shall be deducted for time lost on election days. The regular work schedule will prevail for Federal and Provincial elections.
